Juan is an idealistic lawyer prepared to fight against all the odds to save the life of a man who faces the death penalty. He is accused of murdering a policeman. Juan is not only moved by ideology, but also by the love he feels for the accused man´s sister, Gloria, who has come to Madrid to try to save her brother. Juan will pay a high price if he does not win the case.
